  Saturday, May 16, 3: 20 a.m. I placed a mobile order 10 minutes earlier to my arrival and as I get to the speaker, two cars are in front of me they both pass by after getting their order taken. I’m asked for a code. I give my code and get no response. Then all of a sudden somebody asks to hold on I wait there at the speaker for seven minutes straight, Another car pulls up and gets their order taken immediately, and I still hear nothing back, I then drive to the window where I was confronted by this very sad, confused looking black lady who clearly had no recollection of the customer she left sitting at the speaker, doesn’t even dare to apologize and has the audacity to say thank you after handing me my drink…… I hope This review finds a manager or somebody of authority in this place and fires that associate immediately because I have never experienced such exceptionally poor customer service.

  The drive through line is usually long but moves quick. The employees at the drive through that I’ve encountered are very sweet, kind and are usually smiling.

  I ordered my food for dine in. The lady brought the food without tray. She put everything at the dirty table.🤢🤢🤢 I opened the milk for my kid and I tried it first. it tasted so bad, I checked the expiration date, unfortunately it was expired😡😡😡😡😡. When I asked the agent, he took the milk from me and he wanted to give me a new one. I told him no gave me back the expired one, he refused and he threw it away. He doesn’t want me to have an evidence of that. Just be careful and check the expiration dates.

  Staff are friendly and welcoming. The expedient service gives me a sense of being cared for as a customer. Thank you to all the staff who make the visit fun, speedy and extra special!!

  - Ordered two items from Uber eats - Recieved one item (Breakfast Sandwhich) and the silverware for the second (Deluxe Breakfast meal). - They dont even check the bag before they send it off, and you end up paying twice for nothing. - This is not that difficult.
