Tenían listo mi plato individual de dos piezas, pero la tostada baja no la pedía el empleado que estaba en el mostrador, así que me entregaron mi plato súper frío, pollo frío, tortillas frías, sumándole que el lugar estaba tan sucio de las mesas que no sabíamos donde sentarnos. Siempre he tenido una buena experiencia con Pollo Loco pero ahora me agarró de sorpresa esta sucursal. Y para rematar el chico que está en el mostrador NO HABLA ESPAÑOL, como ponen a gente que no habla el idioma en restaurantes mexicanos/latinos, eso es bastante incómodo. Como repito nunca nos había pasado esto, pero no vuelvo ni loca a esta ubicación, son lentos, sucios, etcétera.
