    As a local of the PNW where Dutch started I am a devoted fan. I was excited to have a location close to home but this is the worst Dutch Bros. I’ve tried this location now 5 TIMES and every time whatever drink I’ve gotten is absolutely gross I don’t get it. I ask for my coffees extra sweet so it has some flavor and it never does it’s just bitter. The myst energy drinks are just soda water despite asking for extra sweet. I don’t understand I love these products every where else but this team sucks and needs some serious training to address this quality issue!

    We are well traveled Dutch Bros veterans. We visit our son's family in Oregon often and therefore have several years of Dutch Bros flowing through our veins. This Clinton Keith store is the closest to us and decided we needed a DB fix on this hot afternoon. Entering this location can present a challenge but with a frozen mocha on the mind it was easy enough to overcome. My luck I follow a truck with a Johnny Cash lookalike behind the wheel. He was dressed in black and sported pork chop sideburns. Our line of course was slow which in turn tested our patience. To make things worse the line workers follow a zigzag method in taking orders. Mind you, there are two of them but they go from the car in front of us to the one in the other line. This crooked method allowed a car that arrived 4 cars after us to get its order before us. Damn you zigzag method. Order complete and merger to one lane successful we venture to the window to receive our frozen mocha drinks. As with most all Dutch Bros the employees are friendly, gregarious and full of energy. Unfortunately the gods wanted us to wait longer as one of mocha's was extremely slow to get to the window. In the end, with delicious drink in hand we navigate the maze and make our way home. We will be back.

    Decided to try this location when it first opened, and my drink unfortunately was made incorrectly plus it didn’t taste good…. it was pretty busy so I decided to come back and try again. It’s been open for a few months now, here I am back again not many people in the drive thru but I am waiting 30 minutes for one drink. At least my drink is made correctly this time. On top of that, parking and accessing/exiting the location is difficult to navigate and is confusing due to lack of signage. Think I will stick to the Lake Elsinore location as they are much better on their game consistently and service is much better…

    Lake Elsinore location is in desperate need of weekly power washing I'd have to give a F for cleanliness & there selection of loud inappropriate music.. However shot out! To their customer service reps. My encounters I've had have always been pleasant & courteous and I do love their coffee ☺️

    Everyone there was so nice and amazing, friendly, kind everything you can ask for. Specifically the woman Marie I believe her name was in the drive through! Second time rolling through there and she makes it a fun time! Someone give her a raise already ! lol
