Went through the drive through and asked for chocolate munchinks and a hot chocolate with extra powder (do it doesn't taste like water). Received glazed instead of chocolate and very watered down hot chocolate. Going back to the store to get my money back when I need to be at work, isn't going to happen. So frustrating. And I always leave a tip. I'm done.

He helped me select a few alternate options to replace the items that were not available from my original order. It's easy to get frustrated or disappointed when things don't go as planned, but that wasn't even a thought because Cameron's genuine kindness and attentive service stole the show. Something as simple as ordering donuts resulted in a restoration of hope for the sad service industry that I regularly encounter. It seems all to common that people are disgruntled or bothered to do there job, let allow value a customer and provide exemplary service. Thank you Cameron for being a light! If you're in the area stop at the MHS Dunkin' location.
