  I came to this place to get food, and when I ordered and came through the drive through to pay the workers would not come to the window even though they took my order. They stood in a group and watched me and just laughed for some reason. The interaction seem okay when they took my order. But they never came to take my money, and the never gave me my food. It was unprofessional and I will not be coming back to this location.

  Very disappointed that fries and rolled tacos were undercooked, no crunch to the tacos and the fries super soft. I ordered for a family of five and it seems they rushed through the order. Maybe because it was a mobile app order around dinner time they felt it was not a priority.

  Delicious rolled tacos and asada fries. Huge portion. For $3 less you can request a half order of fries. Unfortunately they forgot to remove the avocado label.

  I was eating on June 11,2026 around 11:30 am and this pale lady with dyed red hair comes up to me and tells me to not eat all the chillis. This particular female has always been rude but of my whole life eating Mexican food with free salsa bar well I paid to eat there has anyone told me this. I took around 4 or 5 the first round and there was plenty left and then went up for 2 more. I felt very uncomfortable and felt targeted when people load there plates or to go bags with tons of salsa and chilli,she claims a customer complained even though there was plenty chilli left. This is absolutely ridiculous im writing a review for this when I been coming here for 7 years and been a customer at the san diego locations. I will never come here again as i felt uncomfortable and harassed while I was peacefully eating. Maybe put signs telling people to limit what they take if it such a big deal. That girl that taunted me and this other bigger set lady that's lite complexion are mean like the novella villains in novella terrible customer service show they do not care or value loyal customers.
