- VPVitalii PiganovSep 16, 20265.0Had a great experience here! The girl working today was incredibly attentive and did an amazing job making our bowls. She actually listened to what we wanted, asked questions to make sure she got everything right, and was very thoughtful with every ingredient and portion. You can really tell when someone cares about doing their job well. The food was delicious, fresh, and exactly how we wanted it. Great service and a great experience overall. Thank you!
- CBC BlessedSep 6, 20262.0I walked into this establishment around 2:30 today. There was one person sitting down eating, no one in line. A guy was cutting chicken another employee by pull up window doing nothing and another one in the back. I stood there for felt like five minutes without anyone even acknowledging me. They all saw me I finally said hello!!! All Gen Z’s you could tell. Customer service going downhill these days
- DBDeirdre BryantAug 26, 20261.08/25/26 visit at 6-630 pm. Employee added no meat to my bowl after I asked and was charged for a steak bowl. Incompetence gets you a job these days??
- GAGuy-Louise AshAug 25, 20261.0This is the Chipotle I like to go to versus the ones closer to me. However tonight the food and service was horrible. Half way to eating my food I found a hair in my burrito bowel. Part of the hair actually ended up in my mouth making me want to vomit. So disgusting,… but the servers do not wear anything on their head and obviously are not trained how to prevent this from happening. Called customer service and supposed awaiting a email in regards to this issue. Very disappointed and disgusted
- MHMark HebertAug 17, 20262.0This is my third time trying them this year and I'm done with thier overpriced, bad service, and extremely small portions. In 2026 opportunity cost is the name of the game and unfortunately, there are several options that are better than this place.
