  Nice employees, but one is so bad at wrapping burritos that it feels like you’re eating a bowl with a tortilla tossed in a piece of vaguely burrito shaped foil. Also small servings but that’s not the employees’ fault.

  Absolutely disgusting experience at Chipotle Mexican Grill. This was genuinely one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had in my life. The overnight staff was unbelievably rude, unprofessional, lazy, and disrespectful. Me and my friends stood there waiting almost 10 minutes while the employees ignored us, cleaned around the store, laughed with each other, and acted like customers were annoying them. Instead of doing their jobs, they had AirPods in, mocking us, making jokes, and giving attitude the entire time. The portions were absolutely pathetic. Barely any food in the bowl and they still acted irritated when asked for more. One employee literally slammed the drinks down aggressively with attitude like we were bothering him for simply ordering food. The whole environment felt hostile and uncomfortable. On top of that, the hygiene was horrible. Employees were touching different things and not properly changing gloves which is honestly disgusting for a restaurant. The staff looked careless and completely untrained. Nobody seemed to care about customer service, food quality, or cleanliness. The 3 overnight employees working tonight seriously need to be retrained or replaced because they made the entire place look terrible. I’ve never felt so unwelcome at a restaurant before. Save your money and go literally anywhere else. Worst Chipotle experience ever. I wish there was zero stars option here they don’t deserve that at allllll period….

  Smaller portion size. I literally got only a few spoons of steak. I don’t understand why Chipotle doesn’t train their staff to serve consistent portions, especially considering how much feedback they get about it.

  This is my go to lunch spot and honestly it never disappoints. The guys working the line are always kind of goofing around with each other but just shows coworker chemistry; i’ve been there before. Somehow they always hook it up with the correct portions. Burritos and bowls are stacked every single time without fail. Also noticed this location tends to run a little cheaper than others I have been to which is a nice bonus. The food is consistently good and the vibe is relaxed. Five stars, I keep coming back for a reason.

  The service could definitely be improved. The staff member didn’t seem very friendly, the portions were smaller than expected, and I felt rushed while making my selection. With better customer service and a more relaxed approach, the experience could be much better.
