  They put the timings as 9 and I reached there at 8.54 that means they had 6 mins to take my order and bill it. Those girls were so lazy that they said the systems are down and was SO RUDE. WHO EVER THE OWNER IS FIRST TRY TO APPOINT GOOD STAFF OR ELSE YOULL HAVE TO SHUTDOWN YOUR BUSINESS AND THEY ARE DAM SLOW AND MOST OF MY FRNS IN MH has the same complaint.They would rather buy Haagendaz ice cream in Safeway than coming to your lazy store

  I really appreciate the employees here—they’re always friendly, helpful, and make the experience pleasant. That said, the prices are honestly pretty high for what you’re getting, which makes it hard to come back regularly. I also ran into a couple of frustrating issues with payment. On my last visit, the register wasn’t working, and I had to Zelle the owner to pay. Then today, they weren’t able to provide change because they didn’t have any available. Situations like that make the overall experience feel a bit unorganized and inconvenient. I genuinely like the staff, but between the pricing and the payment issues, I hope the business can improve these areas.

  I don't know why there's a bad review; the service was fast, the ice cream is good, and the price is fair for the product—after all, it's a famous brand. I have nothing negative to say; the atmosphere is very clean and family-friendly. I would definitely return. Mountain House is a nice town, so the pricing isn't bad.

  One employee is not enough to service customers, it took 15 minutes to get served. They were out of whip cream and two times she told another customer they were out of something. Whoever owns this you need to do better by your customers AKA your profits.

  Ice cream is ok, but I got a small coffee milkshake that was $13.58 can someone please make me understand why is it so expensive that it just ridiculous the price is out of control and I will never return back. Then when you’re paying it’s asking if you want to leave a tip, the tip is lower your prices how about that. That is so ridiculous. No wonder it’s so lonely in there. I don’t see this place lasting long,It is too expensive. I prefer to go to Ghirardelli hands-down
