  More reasonably priced than other major store..fresh produce..good meat selection...and whatever u need in a major grocery store

  Prices are very similar to the prices at Albertson's in Morro Bay. VERY friendly staff that are filling the shelves. The cashier appeared to be a little annoyed with me - not sure why. The bagger wished me a good day - a big thank you to the bagger for letting me leave on a good note.

  Talk about nostalgia!!! This place takes me back to when Safeway was local(yup, I'm that age) everything from the floors, accordion entrance door, to the two giant vinyl push doors to walk behind the scenes of the store to go to the restroom all bring me back to when life was simpler. The staff is amazing and polite, the food prices are reasonable, and they have a deli, so sandwiches are prepped and ready to go. Pizza sticks, 1$ hotdogs (if they're available), to breakfast bowls and tri-tip sandwiches(which I haven't tried) are great when you're hungry. Every time I go up to Cambria, I gotta stop be Spencer's. Give it a stop with the family and show them what it used to be like while you remember your childhood.

  Too expensive. Store needs an upgrade if they’re charging $6 for a box of crackers. Where’s all that profit going??
