- RCRachel ChoonSep 23, 20261.0The old, black haired lady who seems to be the manager SCAMMED me. I got three bowls and they were not even HALF filled. They gave me the wrong chicken, and when I asked for extra fajitas didn't give me anything and told me they ran out. They also refused to give me extra pico or corn salsa or even a normal portion, despite me asking FOUR TIMES. I asked for lettuce in all of my bowls and after paying I realized she didn't give me any. I went back in to get lettuce and luckily the blonde lady was nice enough to help me ask for lettuce on the side, although she had to ask the black haired lady multiple times. As I was waiting for the black haired lady to finally get me my lettuce, I heard her telling other customers that they had more fajitas in the back despite denying when I asked earlier. I have never had this experience with any of the other workers at this location. It was such a terrible experience I made this account just to write about this.

When I asked for a receipt for both transactions because she did two separate ones she only gave me one. Maybe they should work back of house instead of being customer facing. Workers at the gilroy location never act like this... do better Morgan hill! Better vetting/hiring process is needed. Such nasty behavior. Treat others with respect especially paying customers…

She gave me a little extra meat, and even though we had a small mix-up with the sauce, she was still super nice and smiling. Thanks for the great service!
