  Slowest McDonald’s I have ever been to!! I ordered 2 iced coffees and 1 order of fries, and ended up waiting at the curbside pick up spot for almost 20 minimum before an employee brought my food. Didn’t even apologize for the delay, guess it must be typical for them to get food out at a snails pace. Needless to say, I will never come to this location.

  Edit: I’m changing my old review, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt thinking that it wasn’t even that bad of a place but I literally can’t, please don’t come here it’s so bad. I ordered a cheeseburger for the hell of it bc I was sad and on my period and felt something stringy in between a bite, I pulled a black hair out of my mouth🥲

  They don’t honor any coupons or value meals from McDonald it’s a let down when you compromise for cheaper food to pay less and end up in a trap to pay more I say this because I was in the drive up and cars were behind me so I couldn’t turn back

  It is NOT the employees fault but Completed order 4:17 pm and it’s currently 4:47 pm still haven’t received my food 🤬seriously why do we have to wait so long to get any meal done. Low on staff ? Stop being a greedy corporation and hire more employees and remove these Danm kiosk if it’s too much to handle with order volume 💯.. this is ridiculous!!! Management do better and ask corporate for help if you guys need it !! And on top of this bs we have to deal with all these kids loudness and can’t even eat comfortably.. corporate please send mystery shopper during lathe hours of 2:30pm-5:30 pm

  I ordered a hot fudge sundae on the app and as soon as I pulled into a spot; they canceled my order. There was a .49 cent difference after I reorder in the store, I asked the manager why and she just smiled and said idk. I paid for extra hot fudge and I fact did not get extra hot fudge. I very rarely come to this location because every single time it’s something, the last time I had a pick up order, waited for 20 min; they cancelled the pickup and told me to come inside. I came inside and had to wait for another 15min, when I asked for corporates in formation; I was told they aren’t allowed to give it out. I asked for a refund and the manager got an attitude. The fact that I’d rather drive across town to go to a different location due to bad service, speaks volumes about the corporation and the franchise as a whole!
