  This McDonald's has nothing but slackers, young ones just slacking off talking about things that aren't important. They literally forgot to give me my double cheese burger. One girl who was trainee was doing a better job than them. I hope she doesn't become one of them. The food was good, but the service was wasn't great.

  I had a really bad experience at the drive-thru at McDonald's. The customer service was terrible from the start. The employee taking my order sounded annoyed, rushed me through, and didn’t listen properly. When I got to the window, there was no greeting or basic politeness—just a cold, dismissive attitude. It got even worse with the false advertising. The menu clearly showed a meal combo, but when I tried to order it, I was told they don’t actually sell it at this location. No explanation, no apology—just brushed off like it was no big deal. That’s misleading and frustrating. The biggest issue, though, was the food. When I got home and started eating, I realized it wasn’t even fully cooked. That’s completely unacceptable and honestly concerning. Food safety should be the bare minimum, and this location failed at that. Between the rude service, misleading menu, and undercooked food, this was one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve had. I definitely won’t be coming back

I was rushed while ordering, and when I got to the window, there was no friendliness or basic courtesy at all. What made it worse was the false advertising. The menu board clearly displayed a meal combo that I wanted, but when I tried to order it, I was told they don’t actually sell it at this location. No explanation, no apology—just a dismissive response. It’s frustrating to see something advertised and then be told it’s not available, especially when that’s the reason I chose to stop there. Between the poor attitude and misleading menu, the whole experience felt unprofessional and disorganized. Definitely not what you expect from a place that’s supposed to be fast, reliable, and consistent. I won’t be coming back to this location.
