  I feel compelled to share my experience because this has become a recurring issue at this location. Unfortunately, I consistently encounter poor customer service, and it seems to stem from the management or leadership, as the attitudes of some employees are noticeably unwelcoming. During my most recent visit, I was given an unusually small piece of chicken, and my order was missing the tortillas I had paid for. I had to drive back to the restaurant to pick them up, even though I was on my way to work for a 12-hour shift. Instead of receiving an apology for the inconvenience, the employee who appeared to be a manager responded with a rude attitude and handed me my tortillas in an unprofessional manner. I want to acknowledge that the first employee who greeted me and initially gave me my order was kind and courteous. My concern is specifically with the second employee, whose demeanor reflected very poor customer service. Because this has happened on multiple visits, I believe your management team should consider additional customer service training. I often tell myself I won’t return, but after giving the restaurant another chance, I continue to leave disappointed. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so future customers have a better experience. While I can’t say for certain why I was treated this way, the repeated negative interactions have left me feeling unwelcome, and I hope the company will look into these concerns.

  No te entregan tu orden bien como debería de ser! Ordenas una cosa y te entregan otra :( pedi 8 piezas mix y solo me dieron Muslos.
