  Negative reviews are tripping, I’ve been here numerous times since around 2022-2023. Not once have they gotten my order wrong or have I ever had to go back and remind them to add more sauce. The chicken is piping hot and fresh. Please come here everyone.

  Ooh! Never again. There was the crankiest looking cashier (glasses and tattoos), she had such a bad vibe and attitude. Your store needs to screen and reconsider who you place in the front to greet your customers, not a good look Pollo Loco. My son noticed her first, then I avoided dealing with her or you would've heard from me that day. I didn't want to escalate and ruin our experience. I LOVED the food, didn't appreciate the service.

  We ordered through the drive thru and the Hispanic woman with glasses and tattoo on her neck spoke to us as if we bothered her and was very short. It was late but there were customers still eating inside, we asked if we could use the restroom after we got our order, she said "we're closed." She then proceeded to grab our bag of food and handed it to us. Didn't smile, didn't ask if we wanted any sauce.. i then stopped her and said "LET ME HAVE 4 sauces", with no response she walked away, threw sauces in a bag and handed it to us. I said thanks and we drove away... she gave us NO NAPKINS! WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER experienced at Pollo Loco. If you DONT LIKE PEOPLE, find another job! I WAS GOING to give you two stars because I LOVED the food however, that service left a bad taste.
