While some things have changed over the last few decades, El Pollo Loco's delivery of fresh, authentic food has not. Everything starts with whole chickens that are slowly marinated in a special recipe of herbs, spices, fruit juices and garlic. The chicken is then expertly fire-grilled to perfection the authentic way - on our signature open-flame grills - then hand cut into your favorite Mexican entrees. We put that same dedication and care into our handmade guacamole, salsas and dressings every day. At El Pollo Loco in Moreno Valley,CA, we believe that when real food meets real fire the result is great taste that will keep you coming back again and again.

- CBCarolina Beltran1 day ago3.0vi mal que hicieran limpieza de campanas arriba de los asadores con el pollo aún cocinándose....deberían esperar a cerrar el restaurante para hacer eso.
- HWHayley WomackSep 23, 20261.0Worst El Pollo Loco in the area. The food absolutely sucks. Just go to another one close by.
- MVMayra VargasSep 20, 20261.0I ordered in person at the kiosk. Ended up waiting almost 30 minutes for my food. 3 people showed up and ordered and left before me. There seemed to be a full staff. It wasn’t busy and at most I saw was one car in the drive thru. I had to go up to the counter and check on my order just for them to start preparing it right then and there. Absolutely terrible service. Never coming back to this one again.
- MMMarthaSep 5, 20261.0Worst meal I have ever had. 1 dressing for 2 salads no cheese sauce on nachos. They ask what type of salsa and how many but end up giving you whatever they want. Soda was flat and watered down. Chicken was dry and flavorless. But the worst was the nachos and the soda. To top it off they forgot I gave them my card to pay after 5 seconds. Save your money and take your business somewhere else.
