I know it’s a little weird that I’m bringing up stickers first thing during a coffee review, but Dutch Bros. has some of the best merch and marketing in the industry! I have to recognize their game lol. I stopped by for the state sticker giveaway, each U.S state had an exclusive sticker and I had to grab the California one! Thankfully, they had several in stock and I received one with my drink. I ordered a large oatmilk latte, and nothing else. Overall, the coffee was good, but it left a slight aftertaste. Upon further review, I think the ice-blended coffee items are Dutch’s bread-and-butter. Maybe I stopped by on an off-day. Nonetheless service was great and the staff respected our time. A line was forming in the drive-thru so efficiency was key. The Dutch crew worked well together and had excellent communication.

Her service was top tier with her sweet personality. I just had to leave a review to say she makes the Dutch bros experience 10x better :)

That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
