The customer service was disappointing, and I say that as someone who has worked in customer service myself. I don’t really go to Chipotle, so I’m not familiar with how ordering works, but there was no guidance or explanation of options. Instead, I felt rushed and almost like I was expected to already know everything. Compared to places like Cava, where employees actually explain options and ask helpful questions, I just got quick one-word responses like “Salsa?” The moment we asked for extra meat, both employees looked at each other and acted like it was an inconvenience. It honestly made me feel uncomfortable, and I won’t be coming back to this location.
