I asked for pollo asado, and there were barely any full pieces left in the container maybe 5 or fewer pieces. Instead of asking if I wanted the other chicken since there clearly wasn’t enough pollo asado left, they scraped together every tiny strip and scrap that was left and put it in my bowl. I basically received almost no chicken at all. I completely understand that they may have been running low, but I would have much rather been asked if I wanted a different chicken option than be given scraps and charged for a full portion. Very disappointing experience. Time was around 8:20-8:30pm September 22, 2026

If you don't like your job then quit. But don't make the guests feel uncomfortable. I ordered food and I ordered the new guac and chips. They forgot my guac and I told them and they just made me feel like I'm an inconvenience to them. Never coming to this location again, the whole entire staff was rude
