  Juan and Jose have the best customer service and you can tell they definitely care about the customers. Great greeting and great experience. Create your own bowl is my favorite and the fire feta is something we can never get enough of. These two make a great management team!

  Joseph was amazing. He answered all the questions we had and even provided mom with samples. Great food, great service. Highly recommend Luna grill!!

  I’ve been hooked on this place multiple times a week. Food is great. Service is great! Thank you cienna, Jose, the chefs, and the team as a whole. You have to try this place!

  A big thank you to Juan for assisting me with cancelling my order in Ventura. I intended to order from the Moorpark location. Great customer service Juan at the Moorpark 66 Location.

  Be forewarned, this restaurant does NOT take cash. This means I will not be returning, it is unacceptable to me. Another mark down is an employee was eating at a table playing videos on her phone very loudly. This is super annoying, I just want to eat in peace. Lastly, the staff are not too quick to clean tables, I had to search around a bit to find a clean one. I actually decided to sit at one that hadn't been cleaned to be as far away as the aforementioned noisy employee. It is unfortunate because the food is excellent, I would give 5 stars just based on the food.
