I’ve been to many el pollo lovod from Oxnard to FRESNO, and this one by far has to be the cleanest, friendliest el pollo loco. Dulce is a big part of it this manger is on point. My table is always clean even during Rush hour and the employees are always kind. This whole team just has it down, can’t wait to visits when I’m back in town.
- MMMarcelo MJun 26, 20261.0Soy cliente frecuente del local ubicado en la Moorpark Road, siempre he recibido un muy buen trato del personal que trabaja ahí y la comida es muy rica, no obstante el día 24 de junio a las 7 de la noche fue a retirar un pedido y a su vez a que me escaneen unos puntos para recompensa de compras. Al solicitar ayuda, trabajadoras del local de manera muy amable trataron de ayudarme, algo pasaba en el sistema que impedía el escaneo , ante tal inconveniente la administradora del local tomó la posta y de manera muy grosera y prepotente me señaló que no hay como y que lo haga a través de la app, a su vez quedó viendo mal a una de sus trabajadoras que lo único que quería es ayudar, pidiéndole de manera déspota que se retire. Le manifesté a la señora administradora,que con la imágen del código siempre me habían ayudado, respondiendome con altanería ¿Algo más? A lo que respondí que esa no es la forma de tratar a los clientes y que está por demás que alce su voz. Pude presenciar esta ocasión que no solo trata mal a un cliente, sino también a sus empleados. Ante mi molestia y frustración de no recibir la ayuda tome mi pedido y procedi abandonar el local, durante mi salida dicha admistradora con risa sarcástica y burlona, me dijo " que le vaya bien". Personal así y con mayor razón un administrador del local ( quién debería representar eficiencia, empatía, ejemplo y buen trato), no representa en lo más mínimo la buena imágen de la cadena.
