- KJKristin JangerSep 19, 20261.0Ordered a cake for my birthday and picked it up at 8pm and drove it the 5 minutes home. We took a peek at it and it already looked off at the bottom but I didn’t think too much of it. We put it in the freezer until we wanted to eat it an hour later. All of the ice cream was melted when I tried to cut into it and the texture was off as if it had been heated up and then refrozen or left out until it melted then put back in the freezer. Maybe they tried to make it in a hurry by heating it up because they called 20 minutes ahead of time to see if I was still coming. I said yes at 8pm like we said since they told me I had to wait 24 hours after ordering so 8pm at the earliest for pick up. I hoped it would be better by this morning but it is still a gross, wet, leaking bubbly mess and Baskin Robbin’s said it’s because of the type of ice cream I chose and that it’s not their problem.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
