  I recently visited the Vons supermarket in Montrose, and unfortunately, I was disappointed with my experience. The staff were not very friendly, and the store did not feel well organized. The checkout areas are very small, making it difficult to move around and especially difficult to get out after paying. The bagging area also needs improvement. You have to pay attention and check whether all of your groceries are actually being placed in the bags, because sometimes items are left out. I have a picture that shows how crowded and difficult the checkout area can be. I hope management will take a closer look and make the store more organized and professional for customers.

  I am giving a bad review Vons Market One big reason the general manager, he is rude disrespectful always disrespecting his employees. I seen it myself. I’m a morning shopper. Everybody’s nice in their department even the cashier in the morning sometimes she’s over work has a big line and no supervisor. We need to change here a better general manager. I will no longer come here into this thing changes. So long, I see the store closing soon

  Unpleasant experience every time I shop at the floral department. It is with the same lady every time and I come here for years. For some reason, it seems like the floral department employees hate their job. Even when the customer is very polite, they always show attitude somehow or that they do not want to talk to you even if you ask basic pricing questions. Also, the wrapping they only do if they’re in the mood, Sometimes they deny your wrapping for no reason. If they do wrap they make it look terrible on purpose. Next time I’m in the store and this happens, I will be asking to speak to the manager or even corporate. I worked in customer service myself and know how tiring it can be but was never rude to customers for no reason at all.

  Another super market on corporate life support. Skeleton crew works here, you’ll stand in the checkout line for 10 minutes to get anything.
