The food counter was covered in food scraps including the cash area. They handed us our stack of kids boxes and they were all soiled on the outside. The cups were covered in a greasy substance and when we asked for different ones they said they were all like that. When i looked back into the kitchen there was garbage on the floor and ingredients on the floor. When my family of five looked for a place to sit for some reason several of the tables had no or just one chair at them and every surface was dirty. Some incredibly dirty. There was garbage on the ground that was food from other brands not even from chipotle. It was very disgusting and bizarre. The food tasted good but the setting was alarming. My five year old did say, “At least the forks are very clean” so there’s that i guess 🤪

Soda machine had no coke and was overflowing with ice as if others discovered to their dismay exactly what I experienced. Staff was not horrible but looked overwhelmed and it was present in my transaction. I do not usually get to upset unless cleanliness is the issue. It seriously makes me question food quality if the first impression is so disgusting. I am a local and I mobile ordered my meal for my wife and I. I do not know what else to say, except, clean up atleast. It looks disgusting and unsanitary.
