Raegen was our host, she was amazing and so kind! This place is modern yet, old fashioned in the best way. We will coming back due to Raegen’s over the top patience and attitude as well as our sever Adam, he was super kind and down to earth! Food was AMAZING.

You can't beat the waterfront location! The filet mignon was probably the best filet I've ever had. Yes, I said ever!
The crab legs were the only disappointment, and what a big disappointment they were. Skinny little legs, and they cost over $100. Ridiculous and not worth half that.
The service was great!
If you're someone who prefers booths to tables, there are a number of booths in high traffic areas of the restaurant. If you want a front row to the ocean, a table is your best bet.
I highly recommend Chart House except for the crab legs.

We had a great dinner at Chart House tonight with a couple of friends who were visiting from out of town. Everything about the evening was just right.
William took great care of us—he was attentive without hovering, and gave us plenty of time to relax and enjoy ourselves. The food was excellent all around. Two of us had the salmon, which was fantastic, and I had a chance to try the shrimp as well. Really flavorful.
Brian, the manager, also stopped by our table to check on us, which was a nice personal touch.
Of course, you can’t beat the setting. The view of the bay was beautiful, and the atmosphere made the whole evening feel special.
Definitely a place we’ll be coming back to. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, we had a really bad experience here. We ordered the coconut shrimp, fresh-caught sea bass, and lobster bisque. When the food arrived, just by looking at it I already felt like something was wrong. I tried the fish and honestly it tasted horrible. It definitely tasted like it had been frozen for a long time.
I asked the chef if she was sure the fish was fresh and she reassured us that it was, but I eat fresh-caught fish all the time and I can tell the difference. I couldn’t eat it at all and refused the dish.
My boyfriend did eat his food, and unfortunately a few hours later he got very sick with what appeared to be food poisoning.
Also, they offered us a lava cake as a complimentary dessert and the chef specifically said it was on them. But when we got the check, they had still charged us for it and never took it off.
Overall, really disappointing experience, especially considering the prices. Unfortunately, I would suggest avoiding this place.

All around a poor experience that began and ended especially poorly and has probably slightly biased this review.
Unreasonably long wait after being seated.
At least 5 minutes before water glasses were filled, another 2-3 before we were greeted by waitress, and all water glasses were empty before cocktails showed up.
Multiple menu items were unavailable and we were only notified well after orders had been placed. Reordering appetizers ended up with our entrees being brought out too early and rushing away unfinished appetizers.
Entrees were okay, but nothing to rave about. One entree had to be reordered after we were informed they were out of risotto.
Crème brûlée sampler for desert was not great. Fruit-flavored brûlée isn’t good.
Not sure what the issue was. Spoke to manager about our disappointment, so this review shouldn’t surprise the restaurant.
The restaurant is beautiful with a lot of amazing carpentry and nearly every table has a Monterey Bay view.
