  5/19/26. Had late lunch. Busy and loud. No wait and was given a window seat. Wait staff was friendly but slow and not really listening to us. Asked for an Arnold Palmer and was given only iced tea. Food was good with large portions but didn't really care for the BBQ shrimp. Atmosphere was very loud making conversation difficult.

  We had a great experience at Bubba Gumps. Loved the clam chowder and the fish platter. The salads were good size and very fresh. Brandon was our server and made our experience great. He welcomed us and got our orders taken right away. The service was very good and they checked on us often to see if we needed anything. We would definitely go back!

  On avait soif, mais on n'avait malheureusement pas faim... Nous avons donc demandé si nous pouvions commander uniquement des boissons. Ils nous ont accueillis avec un grand sourire. Le barman était extrêmement sympathique, l'ambiance était très bonne et les boissons (1 cocktail avec alcool et 1 cocktail sans alcool) étaient délicieuses. Nous retournerons certainement goûter leurs fameux plats de crevettes la prochaine fois.

  Horrible Experience, ordered through Grub Hub, and that is the only way to order as Bubba contracts with them. We picked up the order and went to our hotel, The Clement. The food was undercooked, missing orders, items that were horrible (Mac and Cheese was dry!) I talked to three managers, all who took my number and said they would take care of me and get back to me. The third Manager Alexis, called me back a few days later, I explained and she said she would follow up and called me the next night to ask was that take out or in Restaurant? She said she would again take care of me, and would call back! NOTHING. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WORST FOOD FOR THE PRICE. I have disputed the charges at my bank and will get my money back from them one way or the other. It was the birthday dinner from hell and I am so disappointed in the management there....Thanks Alexis for NOTHING. 0 stars.

  We visited Bubba Gump Shrimp for lunch on Easter Sunday, and while the experience had some highlights, there were a few drawbacks as well. To start, the wait time was quite long and ended up exceeding the original estimate. This was especially disappointing since we are members of the Landry's Select Club, which typically helps reduce wait times, but unfortunately, that benefit didn't come through on this particularly busy day. Once we were seated, things definitely improved. We were pleasantly surprised with a window table overlooking the ocean, which made for a beautiful and relaxing setting. Our server, Joe, was friendly and attentive despite how busy the restaurant was. He even took the time to engage us with some fun Bubba Gump trivia, which my family really enjoyed. As for the food, it was a bit of a mixed experience. My son ordered the Alabama Chicken Pasta and absolutely loved it, he practically licked the plate! My husband had the Shrimper's Heaven platter and especially enjoyed the crispy coconut shrimp and so did I. My mother-in-law ordered the salmon and said it was perfectly cooked and delicious. My son had the clam chowder and Caesar salad and enjoyed them both. Unfortunately, my garlic shrimp bucket fell short, it lacked flavor and was overcooked. Overall, the service was good, the atmosphere was lively and fun, and the ocean view was a standout. While some dishes were excellent, mine did not quite hit the mark. Visiting during a less busy time might make for a more enjoyable experience.
