Unfortunately this is my second bad experience due to a very rude manager by the name of Iris . She is very rude and unfortunately does not understand the skill of good customer service. Her body language and attitude is definitely a problem , when she is supposed to set the example for the rest of the team and staff. I do not feel comfortable returning to this top golf due to these experiences with her and the way she carries herself. This is very unfortunate but I feel it is very important to share this review due to me bringing this up to management and not even receiving a call as I was told , they would . What a shame!
- RTRamiro TorresMay 5, 20262.0I’ll be honest. My recent visit to Topgolf Montebello left me frustrated. We had specifically reserved the lounge on the third floor a week in advance. Upon arrival, we were told it was unavailable and that it is not guaranteed. That completely undermined the purpose of making a reservation and created a real letdown since we chose Montebello for the lounge experience. While they offered a $50 discount, it honestly didn’t compensate for that missed expectation. That said, I have to give credit where it’s due. The server we had was fantastic. Their hospitality, attentiveness, and the quality of the food and drinks were excellent, those aspects definitely helped soften the blow. But overall, if reservations can’t guarantee what’s promised, it’s hard to trust the process.
