The only con is I wish the menu had the food & beverage prices listed. That was a bit frustrating, but other than that, no complaints.
- TPThaddeus PhilpotAug 22, 20263.0As an avid golfer, this place has many upsides and downsides. I've been there over 50 times. My family bought the summer fun pass which allowed us to go every day during the summer. While I can't argue with the value this deal was, the experience could range from great to poor. We always used the time to practice and play sim rounds of golf. I'll outline the pros and cons of the summer fun pass vs. getting a range card at a different range. PROS: Cheaper: Two hours of range time every day. Meaning you can hit as many balls as you want during your two hours in the bay. And it's only 220 dollars for the entire summer, and you can bring people with you. Definitely the cheapest option if you want to hit A LOT of balls and improve your game. Shade and Water: All the bays are shaded and the staff will bring free ice water. Toptracer: Obviously, you get to use the toptracer functionality of the range, which not all other ranges have. (and which I do personally prefer over trackman) CONS: Hours: The summer fun pass requires you to be out by 5PM on weekdays so if you work 9-5 you can only use it on the weekends. I would usually go from 3-5 on weekdays, skip saturday, and go late night on sunday. It worked for me, but I only work part time. Toptracer: The version of toptracer at this range is slightly dumbed down. For example, it doesn't let you pick your target when playing a round of sim golf. It picks for you, and sometimes the target is at such an awkward angle that your feet are off the mat while hitting. Another annoyance is that for sim golf, they only have four courses: pebble beach, st andrews, spanish bay, and spyglass hill. This is annoying because other toptracer ranges have like dozens. Booking ahead: You have to book ahead. You can book the day of, and usually you can still get whatever time you want, but occasionally it will be taken. Booking the day before almost always secured that I got what time I wanted. Inconsistency in taking a "deposit": One of my biggest gripes, at the beginning of the summer they would never ask me for a credit card because it was free and I would not order any food or drink. However, sometimes, they would ask me to swipe my card as a "deposit" or for security reasons. It was just strange in my opinion and an annoyance every time I had to do so. They never actually charged me for anything, but the experience was always just a little hostile. Music: The music they play is HORRIBLE lmao, I learned to bring some earbuds quick. Noise: It'll definitely be noisier than a range. There are plenty of other people, music playing, and occasionally someone's birthday or whatnot. If you need it to be quiet to get some good practice in, then you're out of luck.

We were first told that there are bays available on top floors. As soon as they heard that we have reservation and did not pay the additional fee for top floor, they did not hear any request to give the top floor. We even told them that we are willing to pay extra. They said we have to do it while reservation. And that we have to loose deposit and pay additional amount to get top floor.

Unfortunately, this past Tuesday, I went with my girlfriend and we had a pretty disappointing experience. While we were playing, a guy came to our table and asked for the card as payment verification, which I completely understand. However, we never saw the person assigned to our table, and we had to wait and ask someone ourselves when we wanted food and drinks. We ended up spending over $100, so what really bothered me was what happened when our time was over. We had barely finished when a guy came to our table and started taking our food, even though we hadn’t finished eating because it had taken a while to arrive. He then told us that we needed to move to the bar because they had a reservation. I understand that reservations are important and that the business needs to make money, but I honestly think there should be at least a 5–10 minute grace period after someone’s time is up, especially when they are still eating and have already spent money there. There were plenty of other areas where people could play, so it was frustrating to be rushed out almost immediately.it doesn’t even make sense how u guys supposed to have a reservation when We were there, ! What it would happened?Like thats not manners for real , I really like here but I am not coming back here until I hear a response from the owners , but I hope the owners or management can work on this. I understand that employees have to deal with difficult customers sometimes, but there’s no reason not to be a little more understanding and respectful toward customers who are simply trying to enjoy their experience. We’re paying for the service, after all.

And the helper she honestly schooled me on drinks. She needs to be a bartender. But I seen manager walk by behind the bar on the 3rd floor, she was just unapproachable and looked miserable like if she didn’t want to be there. For being a manager, she definitely needs to be an example there. Besides that awesome experience I’d come back soon , hopefully I don’t see , bitter face manager , she’ is not making a drink for. Me
