  My experience with this particular location in the rudeness, and the unprofessionalism that was displayed to me as barbaric, I would have never phantom that I would’ve had to deal, not only to tolerate with disrespect from supposedly when I called. She said she was a manager come to find out after I spoke after calling him back twice after she hung up the phone in my face I requested to speak with the store manager, then I get a store manager on the phone who said he’s a store director when I tell him what just occurred with me. He had the nerve to ask me well how may I help you very arrogantly just throwing aside the whole complaint that I just made him and how I was treated and the violation of this person that was trying to represent herself as a manager, and just really just the disrespect of consumer fair right protect protection act was not properly practiced with me making contact to the store today not only that I felt like it was a lot of racism being displayed in how they both conducted themselves with me and for a Store directed to just disregard my fillings my experience as if nothing ever happened. I don’t understand the type of people that Everson is putting into a place to put these people in authority to run their store. I do believe a reevaluation need to be done on the Store director and reconsideration needs to be made solely on just the experience alone that I just had to witness an endure on his behalf.

  I have to say the staff at this store are the nicest people. Jacob in the deli section always gives me the lowdown on how fresh things are and he's always makes a point of asking about my day. The store is really clean too. Keith is always a fun fellow to run into. We chat a bit when it's slow. He normally works at closing, and he has some funny earnings that make my day.

  There is almost always only one person on register, while other employees stand around instead of helping bring the line down. It has been like this for the past two years. This is my first time taking a picture and bringing it to the public’s attention, because it honestly seems like nobody cares enough to fix it. You clearly have enough employees on staff to put more than one person on register when customers are lined up waiting patiently to spend money at your business. There are plenty of other grocery stores in the area, and there is no excuse for this to keep happening throughout the day. Customers should not have to fight just to get another cashier called up.
