    I’m always super patient But today was the worst experience I ever had. I’m understand it was a drop day but this location is so unorganized. I ordered thru drive thru , and I’m waiting to move forward the barista redirected me to a different way in line. She was very dull & rude.. I already waited about 10 mins. The way she redirected me I ended up getting behind more 3 cars. Well that’s okay, but the sad part is I waited 30 mins, got cutted and for the car infront of me to get the last drop of the day, not even a second chance sticker 😔.

    I was so excited when this location opened because it’s right around the corner from my house. I always order mobile order because it is convenient. This is the third time that I’ve waited 30+ minutes for my order after the time it was supposed to be ready. This location is very unorganized when it comes to getting orders out quickly and rapidly, especially when they have special promotions going on, it’s as if they aren’t ever preprepared for the amount of people which they are going to have. You would think that there would be a lot more workers, but there isn’t the staff is never apologetic. I’ve been to a lot of other locations where there’s high energy staff, the music playing. At this location it’s like crickets. There are nice workers here but the energy just isn’t there, it’s like they don’t like working here. A lot of people like Dutch Bros because of the vibe. I wouldn’t just blame the crew either this is obviously a poorly managed location. It’s just not it here, which I hate to say because it is right around the corner from my house and I want to support the businesses in my city.

    Service not so nice, the gentlemen with curly hair with glasses that came over to finish a transaction was very rude and said I can’t use 2 two cards or the system will crash

    Hennessy is by far the best Broista I’ve encountered at this location, really great customer service and beautiful energy that stayed with me throughout my day!

    I’ve been going to this location for a long time and this was much needed but Andrew deserved this review a long time ago. His patience, making me laugh, and making my overall experience amazing. He recommended me the lemonade with green tea and strawberry, peach and mango which is really good that I recommend!
