    Where do I start? Let me start by saying that my girlfriend ordered ahead of time 30 minutes ahead of time for pickup. When we get there they tell us it's not ready. They'll call us when it's ready... This is around 8:30. Starts getting busy and we waited about 30 minutes for our two drinks. The girl taking our orders was not the nicest or the most helpful employee... After we did get our drinks they were not what we expected. I ordered the horchata latte. It tastes nothing like horchata. It was very watered down probably due to the fact that they had our drinks sitting there for a while. I had to come up to the window and ask her. Is our order ready then she checks and they were there sitting for a while. Very bad experience. One of the worst Dutch Brothers I will not be going here anymore. I'll stick to upland. Thank you!

    guys i can’t focus on anything other than how gross your floors look. if this is what the outside and front of your store is, i can’t even imagine what the back where you’re handling food looks. clean this place up. it’s gross and it’s only been a month.

    Where do I start! I 1st stopped at a Dutch near my house before hoping on the freeway just to notice they gave me the wrong drink. Not being able to function properly without coffee, I stopped at this Montclair location to get another coffee. Upon taking my order, Keadon asked how my day was going, were I basically let all my frustrations flow. This young man went above and beyond to make sure my drink was remade perfectly and that I made it to work on time. Keadon's customer service skills are what keeps me coming back to Dutch daily. I've never had anyone show me kindness to the level Keadon did and that made my day so much better. Keadon was a blessing 🙌🏽

    First time and last at this Dutch bros location! The guys taking orders were just around everywhere, we were there before 4 cars even got there and both guys were just taking orders on one lane!! From all locations I’ve been to it’s a zig zag or if a car comes first they’ll take care of the first cars and then the zig zag but here they were so unorganized ridiculous! And one the guys didn’t even bother looking towards us like c’mon he should’ve been able to see us behind, then the other guy comes and keeps walking but asks as he keeps walking have you’ve been helped? Like no you guys just keep taking orders on the other side he replies with it’s a zig zag we were like hmmm not apparently because the other guy hasn’t bothered either and anyways when we get to the window to get our order they were not ready yet which is a good thing because like that it won’t be watered down but my drink was more milk than coffee and flavor. Now I see and believe the negative reviews and how low stars this location has! But to each their own. I wasn’t satisfied with service.

    This was my third visit, and unfortunately, all three times they were out of ingredients for the Iced Mangoneada. Today (7/16), I was told they didn’t have Tajín. This location just opened last month, so I’m hoping they get better at making drinks. I actually had to buy my own Tajín to finish my drink. On 7/5, I ordered an Iced Kicker, and it barely tasted like coffee it was mostly milk. The photo shows just how milky it looked. I really hope this location improves because it’s only five minutes from my house. I usually drive to the Upland location because the drinks there are really good, but too far. The workers are great service is 5 stars !!
