I visited on Saturday night at 9PM and when I arrived they were out of all meat options and they couldn’t even communicate that properly. When I walked in, there was no line but there was about 4 people just sitting in the lounge area just staring at the staff prepare more food. From an operations perspective, there is absolutely no reason that they shouldn't be constantly refilling the meat selection before they run out. The atmosphere was really weird. The restaurant was also very dirty upon arrival. There was napkins all over the floor, tables with food still on them. To make matters worse, the staff didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience and didn’t offer any service recovery. This location used to be really good, it’s a shame what it has become now.

Why scoop a regular size scoop of guac and then proceed to bang half of it back in like they grab to much every time, dumbest thing. Then you end up gettting this this tiny little bit when you have to pay extra for it. Chicken is the only protein that's still good, steak has been questionable for a long time.
