  I bring my kids to this Chipotle in Monrovia because they love it, and usually I try to be understanding because everyone has rough days. But this experience was honestly disappointing. I currently walk with a cane, and I politely asked for spoons because the container was empty. The employee immediately got irritated and told me she had “just filled them.” She then walked over, refilled them herself, came back, and pointed saying, “You can get them over there.” The attitude was completely unnecessary. What made it worse is this is also the same employee who has rung me up incorrectly twice before. I’m not expecting special treatment. Just basic kindness and professionalism, especially when someone is being respectful. My kids enjoy coming here, but experiences like this really make me reconsider.

  Worst portions of all time. I literally counted it they gave me 7 droplets of chicken calling it full scoops. Avoid this spot they shouldn’t be making more than 20 sales a day.

  Jocdlyn at Chipotle made my visit amazing! Her energy was so positive and welcoming from the moment I walked in. My bowl was absolute perfection, and I genuinely loved the experience I had because of her great attitude and attention to detail. Employees like her are the reason people keep coming back. Thank you, Jocdlyn! It’s so refreshing and rare to get such exemplary service these days! She went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me with questions about the app. She took a lot of time to be thorough and deliver the best experience possible. Thank you to the whole team! I can’t wait to come back!!!

  Extremely disappointed in the service and attitude of the staff - Out of sour cream- how does one run out of a staple ingredient? Menu is limited, so it should not be that hard to keep track of stock. I came to terms that they were out of sour cream, but went ahead continued to order. But as I was checking out, I noticed that the “online food assembly section” had a full container of sour cream- when I asked if I can have some from there, they said no - “That’s for online orders only”. So an in person customer is treated like a second hand citizen but if I had ordered online I would be able to have sour cream???? Unacceptable- needless to say, I decided not to take the order and left very disappointed. This is not an okay business practice and unacceptable customer service.
