  Great food, fresh ingredients, and fast service. The staff is always friendly, and everything is consistently made with care. Definitely one of my favorite places to eat!

  Bad customer service from the young worker that was in charge of giving the toppings. She had rushed me and deliberately gave me an attitude the whole time I requested which toppings to put on. She also had the audactiy to roll her eyes at me when I asked for more toppings. Place is a dissappointment, and I will be not returning to this location.

  All fast food establishments need self service kiosks for the next step of the future. The worker little torta chick gave off the worst attitude and kept rushing for the toppings ans sauces. So much so I told the cashier "she's a verrrrry hard worker"' lol. I fully understand how overwhelming it can be for any restaurant workers when its busy because I've been there and done that. But I think the best solution for both the worker and the customer is to have a kiosk machine like they do in McDonald's and other places. I'm exhausted having to deal with draining workers everywhere in different restaurants. Stress free living is the best lifestyle, aka spread positivity!

  I highly recommend this location, Uzaria (i hope i spelled that right), the manager was so sweet. The Whittier location had messed up my order and I didnt notice til I got home to arcadia, so I went to this location and they took good care of me, redid my order and gave me a heaping amount of toppings. I come here quite alot and they always take care of me. Highly recommend. Thanks for helping me out :)

  Food at Cava is always delicious, but I have come here multiple times now since they’ve opened and each and every time they have been rude. They are very disinterested in doing their jobs and are a bit dismissive when speaking to customers. Their rice and pita chip portions could also be a bit better, but other than that everything else is okay.
