  I put an order on App came in looked for the order on ready area. Did not find it but we were early. Stood by to wait. The person ringing up people asked me about my order. Turns out Hector helped me figure out that I infact had not placed the order. Places it and got my order ready in record time. This is the kinda of customer service that makes me want to keep coming back to a place. Give Hector a raise!

  I sent my partner to order in person for a pickup order. Understandably, they were busy, but this after 8 pm, so he had no problem waiting. However, they got our order completely wrong. He ordered Steak + Harissa (Grilled steak, Crazy Feta®, red pepper hummus, tomato + onion, cucumber, feta, sumac slaw, brown rice, Super Greens, harissa vinaigrette) ☆Swap brown rice for Saffron Basmati Rice. Was given dry white rice instead.👎 ☆Swap Super Greens for Roasted Vegetables. Was given triple kale instead. 👎 ☆Swap feta for Kalamata Olives. Was given triple feta with olives. 👎 Side sauce ordered skhug. Perfect 👍 Drink Tangerine Aleppo👍 Charges confusing 😕 I understand mistakes happen, but this is too much. We also paid extra for changes and simply did not get what we paid for. Allergic reaction 🤧 😪 so we had to🗑 trash it.

  Roshel and Angel were very nice. It was our first time there and they let us sample, explained what everything was, and were patient. 10/10 would recommend.

  Rochel and Angel were patient as I read the menu. This was my family's first time visiting CAVA in the city of Monrovia. Rochel helped me decide what to order. I will be coming back here again in the near future. Definitely recommend.

  Great location, fast service and over all okay for a semi Mediterranean joint. Now, a bowl with 2 pieces of falafels … barely a tiny pinch of rice, salad, etc, UNREASONABLY OVER PRICED.
