Ordered a large cappuccino blast, it was so crunchy with ice bits and had zero cappuccino flavor. The consistency and flavor was like crunchy iced milk. The last time I had a cappuccino blast it was very creamy and smooth with a distinct cappuccino flavor. We also purchased 2 quarts of ice cream, such a waste of money!!! Praline and Cream and Sherbet, both had extreme frostbite and seemed to have previously melted and been re-frozen. There was a thick layer of frost bite in both. The taste was terrible. I plan on contacting the store to address my experience. This location along with Arcadia location have poor quality.
