  Worst experience I've ever had with the pizza place Called back because I realized after opening my second pizza box because we finished the first the second one was empty! Woman tried to gaslight me and told me that I didn't come there and get a pizza and that she didn't send anyone home without their pizza and that I didn't even get the pizza there ! Had super bad attitude and eventually found out that I DID ! In fact, get a pizza there and order it ! Didn't even say sorry just flat out attitude talking to me uh no- you didn't Treated me like the sky of the planet stole my money! Told me if I could make it there in 10 minutes before they close at 1 o'clock they would remake the pizza. It was 1 o'clock in the morning. Also tried to gaslight me and Insinuate I was Lying the entire time about ordering there And insinuating that I was full of it because I didn't call until an hour later .. After I drove home got the kids to bed because we got home WAY LATE AND CARRIED THEM INTO THE HOUSE AND GOT THEM TO SLEEP SO I COULD FINALLY EAT DINNER MYSELF I FIND your Fine establishment stolen from me and the woman on the phone was absolutely disrespectful . Had no intention of being helpful what so ever !! What is wrong with people as if it came out of her check and not me pocket ! Give people what they damn pay for ! I deserve my money back . How the hell am I gonna make it there in 10 minutes and have you make me a pizza by 1 o'clock In the morning, let alone ever trust someone who talk to me so disrespectfully To have have anything to do with making my food The people here do not care about their customers

  ** UPDATE 6 DAYS LATER. Store called to ask about the complaint and I was told to contact the store the next time, when asked about resolution of the spider carcass I was told I would be called back. Also prior to being told that I would receive a call back, I asked the reason they were calling me was to rectify and I was told yes. So why is a phone call back necessary if they were ready to rectify. Any reaction is good to show that the photos are visible. The reason they have to call back I guess.** Ordered through the PH website, but since this location uses doordash to send it's orders the complaint was sent there. The PH website sucks and kept disconnecting from chat while trying to resolve the issue with an order of mine. The main thing I wanted to address was that when taking the first bite of the chicken bacon parm melt, noticed what looked like a hair (gross enough on its own). But upon further inspection what looked like a hair turned out to he a dead spider or its molt. Even after speaking with the two individuals via chat that kept dropping there was no follow up, since they both already had my info to reach back out. But either way, this is mainly about the insects that were found in my food. We all know that PH has horrible customer service and that it hasn't changed in years. And you can see the spider carcass

  Shout out Steven, one of the managers at the store, he made sure my pizza was accurate and it sure was. The team here works hard and it shows. I recommened supporting this business at this location. They stay open late, the pizzas they serve are tasty and great, and the service is excellent. Great job guys. I'll for sure be coming back and letting everyone I know that this place is the one to go to. 💯🍕

  Well pizza hut has been my daughter spot for sometime now but on this day I walk in to place her order im at the counter waiting the young man walks up and Im guessing his assistant 😅 a nice roach (nope not a water bug) cause the both appear at the same time, Im looking at it the worker is watching me and I say yes my dear you see exactly what im looking at, but no hesitation he takes some left behind counter receipts and swipes it away like he was comfortable with its presence. Then he Follows it with what can I get started for you today 🤔 😒😒😶😶😵‍💫😵‍💫 uuuuuum nothing now im seriously rethinking my pizza hut life for the past couple of months 🫣🫣🫣🫣

  Pizza was dry and stale. I bought the combo box with two pizzas, one pepperoni one cheese, the breadsticks hard. The pasta was the best thing they had. Most likely not coming back 👎
