    I decided to drive thru on my break. I work down the street on Kansas. There were only two vehicles in front of me. The car in front of me was next. After receiving one drink and a water the employee continued to hang out the window and talk to the person in the car for over a min. I guess my time wasn't as important.

    The service is bad all the time; they skip over a customer who arrived later and serve them before those of us who were already there. They always come up with a lame excuse, and today was no exception. Seriously, they need to pay attention to the order in which cars arrive.

    Unfortunately my soda did not taste anything like I ordered. It was extremely watered down and gross. I had to throw it away.

    I’ve never in my life waited 30 whole minutes for a cup of tea this is insane it’s not like they are making food I’ll never come to a Dutch bros again made me late for everything
