    They allowed another customer to yell at my elderly mother about being cut in line after she was directed by employees to pull forward. Someone exited their car, walked to my mom’s car, began yelling at my mom, and the employees did not help. I’ll never spend money here again.

    If you’ve been to a Dutch Bros, you understand the menu. I do like their sparkling sodas and sugar-free options. So today that’s what I went with was a sparkling soda, with sugar-free hazelnut and sugar-free strawberry. It was my first time putting this combination together, and I hesitated because of the hazelnut. I love hazelnut but mostly and coffee drinks. However, I did like it and I would read it a 8/10. The young man that helped me in the drive-through was very friendly.

    Waited in line, it wasn’t that bad. The lady who to took my order wouldn’t make eye contact with me. Just made me feel rushed to take my order. She also took the order of two cars that were there after I was already in line before them. I didn’t feel welcomed or felt like they wanted my business. I normally don’t have Dutch bros and now I understand why. I know I’m one person and one person not coming to get coffee doesn’t matter to them, but I definitely didn’t feel like I was welcome to come back.
