Normally these guys are ok, but our last pizza was delivered raw from being over sauced. We called for a remake and the guy on the phone was great, said it would be there in 25 minutes…. But it never came. I’m currently waiting for a third attempt.

Always good but they need to cut the pizza correctly. When I grab a slice, I get the middle of the pizza also.

I don’t leave reviews often, but when I do, it’s because someone either absolutely nailed it… or absolutely launched it into another dimension. I have just as many good reviews as bad ones, so I promise I’m an equal-opportunity reviewer. Let’s start with the pineapple. I paid for a FULL topping of pineapple and asked for it on half of the pizza. Apparently Domino’s has invented a new fraction because somehow half became… a quarter. After I got home and removed my half to warm it up later, it looked like someone dumped the pineapple in one corner and called it a day. The photos will do a much better job explaining the math than I can. I paid for a full topping, not a limited-edition pineapple DLC. Then I noticed the pizza was cut by what I can only assume was someone riding a mechanical bull. Some slices were triangles, some were trapezoids, and a couple looked like they were just following their dreams. Geometry teachers everywhere are in shambles. The sauce deserves its own award. Every slice was an adventure. One had enough sauce to qualify as a dipping bowl, while the next was so dry I briefly wondered if sauce was an optional subscription service now. It was basically pizza roulette. Congratulations to whichever slice won the jackpot. The Parmesan Bites? More like Parmesan Suggestions. They advertise six bites. Technically, yes. Emotionally? Questionable. They ranged anywhere from about three inches to “I found this under my fingernail.” The best part, though, was the budget cuts. No more paper plates! Instead, they’ve upgraded us to napkins approximately the thickness of cigarette paper. Honestly, I respect the commitment to saving the environment… or money… probably money. I asked what happened to the paper plates and got an Olympic-level shrug, followed by, “Are napkins okay?” Sure. While we’re at it, next time just hand me one napkin and tell me to believe in myself. Speaking of customer service… The interaction went something like this: “What’s your name?” Shrug. “Are napkins okay?” That was basically the entire experience. No hello. No “Can I help you?” No explanation. No “Have a nice day.” Not even a goodbye. I’ve had warmer greetings from self-checkout machines. Honestly, Little Caesars and Pizza Hut have consistently given me friendlier service than this location. To top it all off, I live literally a couple of blocks away, yet somehow the pizza was already cool enough that I had to reheat it by the time I got home. That’s honestly impressive. I’ll be attaching photos because this sounds too ridiculous to believe otherwise. You’ll see the pineapple covering only about a quarter of the pizza, the sauce distribution that appears to have been decided by a random number generator, the abstract art they called pizza slices, and the paper-thin napkins. My boyfriend is the one paying, but I decide where our money goes 😉. We usually choose Pizza Hut or Little Caesars anyway, and after this visit, I don’t think this Domino’s location has given us much reason to come back. On the bright side, at least the photos turned out great.

kid at the register was annoyed to be taking a order, and after getting my order and driving home ready to enjoy my pizza, they get the toppings wrong on both of my pizzas, atleast they got the sizes right but still poor performance.
