I accidentally placed an order at this Subway location while I was no longer in the area. I actually intended to order from a Santa Ana location instead. As soon as I realized the mistake, I immediately tried to correct it because I could not proceed with the order. I called the store several times and even left a message, but never received any response. Despite that, the order was still prepared anyway, with no attempt to contact me or confirm anything. A simple phone call could have prevented this entire situation, which makes the lack of communication even more frustrating. That day, I did not have any other food options, and this order was supposed to be my only solution for the day, which made the situation even more stressful. I also have call logs that clearly show my attempts to reach the store, which confirms I made multiple good faith efforts to resolve the issue immediately. To make it worse, the only communication I received was on April 14th, 2026, stating I would receive a 30 percent discount that expires tomorrow. However, this is not helpful at all since I currently do not have the funds available to use it. On top of everything, I was told I would not receive a refund or even my points back, which feels completely unreasonable given that I acted right away to fix the mistake. Overall, I am very disappointed with how this was handled and the lack of basic communication. I will be disputing the charge with my bank, and I hope others do not experience the same lack of responsiveness.
