The staff is usually friendly, but I’ve had a couple of visits where the service was a bit slow, especially during lunch rush hours. Overall, it’s a decent spot for a quick bite but could improve on consistency.

We weren’t expecting a refund or special treatment — just basic courtesy. Unfortunately, when he called, the employee responded with, “I don’t really care and there’s nothing I can do,” then hung up on him- which came across as very rude and unprofessional. Mistakes happen, but kindness costs nothing.

Subway is not suppose to charge Sales Tax on Take-out Cold (Non Hot) Sandwiches. Both Subway Corp. and California State Tax code have clearly stated this. This needs to be fixed.
