  I used a coupon and got a cheeseburger and a shake through the drive through. This was my first time here and I was frankly shocked at how hefty and rich with pickles and tomatoes my burger was! The shake was good too, though a bit heavy on the whipped cream. I wish I had started coming here ten years ago! I'll be back! Coupons or no coupons!

  I am not sure why this place has so many bad reviews. I grew up in Texas and have missed Sonic because I’ve been living in LA for years and just moved to Irvine this week. I ordered my food ahead of time and it said it would be ready at 3:55. I got there at 3:59 so I waited maybe a minute for my food to be brought to my mobile pickup parking spot. The food was just how I remembered. It was overall a good experience.

  Im a DoorDash driver so im often unfortunately an occasional visitor of this horrible place. Genuinely this place doesn’t only need to be closed, just demolish the building at this point. The staff doesn’t even remotely care, they’re usually rude or incompetent and the drivethru takes at least a half hour on a good day with 2-3 cars in it. I even tried to use the stalls because yk, it’s a drive in that’s kinda the whole point. I don’t know if the owner just doesn’t care? I’m so lost. I started to put a timer on when I get into line to see how bad it really is. I hate complaining but my gosh it’s just so bad.

  This Sonic is consistently poor in their food and service. We have gotten orders that were wrong and missing several items multiple times. The items we do get are often made with low effort. Blasts and drinks that are not mixed, burgers that are burnt and messy. Workers are always rude and short with us, on top of taking a really long time. Last time we were there they told us they were closed 2 hours earlier than their posted times. Never coming back here again, we have been burnt too many times.

  First off let me start off by saying this place is slow I mean super slow unless you order just drinks. I put my order in at 559pm on mobile and two other people in my party placed mobile orders at the same time. We alerted the employees “3” times that we were dining outside and gave them the order and name on order 3 times. Needless to say I received my food at 628pm and it was horrible and the worst rendition of a smash burger I’ve ever seen. The meat was tough and just not good. The fries were cold and not good. They didn’t even have ketchup at the location! The two other members of my party got their food at 635 and the milkshakes looked mediocre and the food was same terrible Burgers. Nobody finished their food. The location is horrible the service is horrible and the food is disgusting. 14 dollars for a burger fries and coke that sucks lol no thanks. Why do fast food employees nowadays act like their job is hard? It’s entry level lol. Needless to say I will never be back to any sonic ever. You’ve been warned. Prepare to wait! Prepare to be disappointed
