  I waited 20 minutes at the curbside pickup spot for my Breast Deluxe order at around 7:00 AM, even though there were barely any cars in the drive-thru or customers inside. I eventually went inside to check on my order, only to find that it had been sitting there the entire time. When I asked about it, I was told they “didn’t see me,” despite me waiting outside for 20 minutes. What was especially disappointing was that there was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. On top of that, it took another 10 minutes just to get someone’s attention at the counter because the staff inside were not paying attention to customers waiting. Overall, the customer service was very poor. The staff and management need better training in communication, attentiveness, and order handling.

  I ordered the food when I went for pick up no one showed up. I tried multiple times calling them but no one responded. When I went to curb side pickup window the people are peeking from the window not responding. I tried to call then the manager shows up and said very rudely everything its closed. Cancel your order with very unpleasant behavior. This is very bad i felt frustrated.

  Food is as expected for McDonald’s, Danielle however was absolutely phenomenal. She made the experience a 10/10, was extremely friendly and made my night. Would absolutely recommend !!
