  Loved Nordstrom Cafe for so long. When I went today they’ve changed to a full service cafe and seated us. No one came to our table for what felt like 10 minutes. Apparently no one thought our table belonged to them so I finally flagged down a random waiter who told me someone would come soon. After no one, did he returned and took my order. We got our food, but no one checked on us. Had to ask for my check from some other random waiter. Awful service. Also no more chocolate sticks. Sad and we won’t be coming back.

  We have been a loyal customer to this Cafe for over 30 years. We would go here twice a month, even though we live in Eastvale. Yesterday, we were surprised to see the café changed to a full service Cafe, which is fine. However, the waiters didn't have their own section and they were running around like crazy, so the service was terrible. Now, I will attribute all of this to adjustment pains. Here is the real problem. We each ordered a cup of soup was was not good and then half sandwiches and when we got the sandwitches, there was half the meat as before and the Ceasars salad was all yellow. All this and they raised the prices. We were waiting so long to pay our bill, we noticed other customers opening up their sandwiches to check out the lack on meat. I was fine with the increased prices, as that is expected now-a-days, but I thought $73 was too much for 2 cups of soup, 2 half sandwitches, 2 drinks and a desert. I wouldn't have minded so much paying this amount if they had maintained the quality. I don't think we will be going back ever.

  The Nordstrom restaurants are top on our list for a well-prepared meal, from a menu that offers a good selection with attentive service. Sadly, our experience was very discouraging at this location. The menu was typical and the service was good. However, the mixed greens were not fresh (wilted would be a better call - this appears to have been observed by someone else recently). The salmon was overcooked and dry. This location will not be on our list in the future.

  First time going to the Café and the service, food, and quality was more than great! Edgar was our server and he was great. He recommended some of his favorite desserts and we loved them! We will definitely be coming back and hope Edgar is there his service was top notch!
