We understood there would be a wait because of the BOGO promotion, but Never expected a 3 hour wait for a burger. I don't frequent this restaurant, and after this will likely never return.

The place was packed and the staff was up to their necks in orders waiting to be made. The staff was working hard trying to pump out the orders as fast as they could and each one of them stayed calm, cool and collected, assuring the customers their orders were on their way. I’ve never seen a place so busy and the staff remain that calm before, especially the girl working the register, she was dealing with a lot of unruly customers who were upset do to the long wait time. Great good to the Five Guys workers that worked today, you guys rock!

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
