  The food was great but it was a disaster trying to eat it. I had three tacos that were mushed into one. It was a mess.

  Great experience at this chipotle! The service was excellent and Dominic was extremely generous and friendly as he assembled our bowls. I was very specific in asking for extra of some things and just a little of others and they were sensitive to everything I asked and honestly it was the biggest chipotle bowl I've ever gotten :) Daisy did a great job overseeing all the employees as well. The chipotle honey chicken is fire, please never get rid of it. Overall, this was the best experience I've had at any chipotle!

  Have been craving Chipotle so went in to one of my favorite locations only to experience one of the rudest employees I’ve ever encountered. The associate warming tortillas and scooping rice and beans with tattoos up their neck may be the perfect candidate for permanent mobile order duty. Keep them away from customers because they clearly do not want to interact with anyone. Zero welcome/greeting, zero eye contact, no response after thanking them. They even knocked a wrapper or label, that clearly didn’t belong, into the black beans after serving me, only to scoff when I brought it to attention and continue serving from it to people behind me - clearly does not care about friendliness, nor safety or cleanliness. Honestly, thank goodness for the last 2 associates because they were at least slightly normal human beings who understand how social interactions work. Will not be returning to this location, because, now, I will forever associate this location with the absolute worst interaction I’ve ever had (or lack there of) with a food service employee.

  This was by far the worst Chipotle experience I’ve had. I placed a pickup order for 5:00 PM. When I arrived, there was no greeting or assistance—just a gesture toward a pickup shelf where I had to search through multiple bags to find my order. When I got home, the food was completely unacceptable: * Guacamole was watery * Chicken bowl was mostly fat * Steak burrito had a strong, fishy taste and was inedible I tried calling the store three times with no answer and reached out through the app, but received no real help. I returned to the store at 7:00 for a refund and was told they couldn’t process it in person and that I had to go through the app or phone—both of which I had already tried. The manager was dismissive and unhelpful. $40 worth of food wasted, and no resolution. If this is company policy, it needs to change. Extremely disappointing experience at this location.
