I waited in the car until 8:50 and the app still said the order wasn’t being prepared yet. So I went inside. There was no line and no one else waiting. Only one person sitting down eating their food. There were 5+ employees goofing around and yelling at each other like it was high school lunch time. Someone finally asked me if they could help me. I told them I ordered through the app and they asked my name. They proceeded to the back where one employee walked over to the Togo counter to start making it. She came back and said it would be a few minutes. Then they proceeded to goof around while I stood there waiting. Didn’t get my food until 9:00pm. This is the second time at this location where the employees are too busy hanging out to provide customer service. I’ll go to a different location next time.

I was very specific in asking for extra of some things and just a little of others and they were sensitive to everything I asked and honestly it was the biggest chipotle bowl I've ever gotten :) Daisy did a great job overseeing all the employees as well. The chipotle honey chicken is fire, please never get rid of it. Overall, this was the best experience I've had at any chipotle!
