- RRRJDMay 7, 20261.0This has been our normal, weekly grocery for several years. While shopping this morning, around 11am, we encountered an Albertsons employee named Greg (fairly tall, with a beard/goatee). My wife was attempting to find and pick up a package of paper napkins. The paper aisle had several free-standing displays, one of which was blocking her view and ability to easily get her selection off of the shelf. I nudged the display enough to get her napkins. As I did, I noticed Greg and mentioned that the displays (and vendors) clogging the aisles sometimes make it hard to spend our money. Greg, totally ignoring and dismissing what I said, informed me that the displayed items will be on sale tomorrow. Irritated, I told him that I didn't care about the sale but wanted to be able to safely and easily move through the store. Greg's response was, "I don't care. Go to Ralph's". Since Greg seems to have all the answers, we'll take his advice.

- BMBob MaciasApr 26, 20265.0When planning for a family gathering this past weekend, we needed to get some catered food lined up. I got info from the store's website, but had many questions. I stopped by the Deli on Tuesday 4/21 and, after getting excellent help from Mathiew, ordered an 18-inch tray of croissant sandwiches. By Thursday the event had grown, so I dropped in first AM on Friday to work with Mathiew again and ordered a 50-count box of fried chicken. At 8am on Saturday morning, I picked up all the food and headed off to the gathering in Lakewood. The sandwiches were really good, but the gang all RAVED about the fried chicken, most stating it was the best they'd ever had and asking if we'd made it! No way, and I gave Albertson's Deli all the credit. I especially want to give kudos to deli staffer Mathiew, who helped me navigate the ordering process and came through like a champ. For sure we'll by using your deli services again!!
