  Place is dirty, there were napkins all over the floor and graffiti in the bathroom. We asked to move to a booth. When the waitress cleaned it, she left the table and seat wet. When we asked another server for napkins to wipe the table, the server rolled his eyes and acted like he didn’t wanna be there. The food was ok, fries were overdone. Will not be coming back here.

  I honestly don’t ever leave reviews but I’m genuinely really upset and disappointed with the service we received. We came in about 2 hours before close at around 9:50. although we got sat immediately, no one came to clean our table until about 10 minutes later. We got our drinks order in, those came out pretty fast but we didn’t get our order taken until almost 10:30. Food came at 10:50, and it was the wrong order but we didn’t ask to send it back just because it had taken so long already. We ordered a cookie for dessert, they told us they would put in the order and about 15 to 20 minutes later they come to check on us and they forgot to put in the order for the cookie. They went back in to put it in just to tell us they didn’t have the cookie we wanted but that was fine we just got a different dessert. Keep in mind the restaurant was pretty empty and we were not a big group, it was just a table for 2. We got our check and as we were leaving, the cherry on top, one of us slipped on some water that had been spilled on the way out. No sign, no warning. At this point it was already 11:50. 2 hoursss!! For 2 plates and a cookie.

  I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel like I have to let everyone know how my experience was at this location. Usually I always get great service here, but today was different. My friends and I came in and got sat, but we ended up getting no SERVICE WHATSOEVER. Didn’t even get any water or just a check up on how we are doing. It was actually surprising how long my friends and I had to wait for us to realize that this place isn’t even worth it. We ended up waiting around 40-50 minutes, can you believe that?!!! I was astonished and I tried to raise my hand, but no server came to help us out. There were two servers who starred at me and still kept walking by us. Like what was that all about, were they understaffed??? I don’t know just seeing how they do things around here, I’m not surprised yall got a 3 star review. I’m hoping no other customer gets treated this way and I hope you have these servers re-trained. Went to chilis afterwards and oh the service there is FANTASTIC!

  Got sat with a party of 3, waited 50 mins, no one walked up to us. No water and no service for almost an hour. Don’t go here

  Came here for a small bite. Only ordered the sampler platter thats it and we waited over 25 mins still no food in sight. Server never returned to our table or even asked how we are doing etc. Just kept waling past us like ghost. Never coming here again rather goto yardhouse
