  Disappointed and grossed out to see how the food temperature is taken at this location. The thermometer was wiped on the same spot on the same dirty towel over and over. Towards the end of the food check, the thermometer was dipped into several different salsas without being wiped in between. I’ve been eating Chipotle for ten years now. I’ve never seen a food check. It’s not so much that it’s not in compliance, it’s that it grossed me out that a dirty wiping on a dirty towel would count as clean because there’s some magical solution on it. How is that sanitary? It would’ve been nice to see a cleaner alternative. I don’t have solutions. Just grossed out and hangry because I didn’t order after seeing that. I know I would’ve gotten sick. I don’t eat red meat and the same thermometer was used in vegetables, chicken, and sauces.

  Abysmal that they’re charging full price for guac when they’re in Amazon containers. To make it worse i was denied the ability to redeem my reward by what i assumed was the shift leader. Never stepping foot here again. The rest of squad besides the greedy fraudster were professional though.

  8/26/26 8:50pm The whole crew this night was on point. They had great attitude and attentiveness. Unfortunately i didnt get their names except the cashier, James. I can tell they were locked in plus the food was hot and tasty. Thanks guys!!

  Haven't visited a Chipotle in a long while so was excited to revisit. This one was on a long trek home on a Friday night. First, no sofritas, the reason I come in. Okay, except they were out of another protein for the woman in front of me. Course she had other choices. I had to ask the nice young man to please fill my queso side to the top, it was maybe 2/3. There were also gaps in my side of guac which is usually filled to the brim for browning. No matter. Got a large bag of chips with my bean bowl, and this was where the surprise came in. Several chips seemed fine but were almost not chewable. I didnt think this was possible. Some were clearly just old, mixed in with fresher chips. Some literally bent. Um.... I learned quickly to break the chip ahead of time to test them, yet still got some ?unchewable? Ones. Listen, the staff there were cranking out their Friday dinner rush with great attitudes and were working very hard and doing great jobs. But being out of a vegan protein was one thing, but having subpar chips was shocking. I just think there needs to be a revisit on how they are handling their food prep, both in quality and in quantity. And there was a lull in their rush it seems, but their interior dining area was sorely in need of a visit and some wiping down. Have noticed this can be good or deprioritized more often lately in different chains. Clearly deprioritized here.
