  I arrived at 7:15 a.m., and the employee was just arriving at the same time. This was my third visit, and unfortunately, I’ve had a similar experience each time. When I ask for the Açaí Primo, I’m often told that there is no fruit available or that only smoothies are being served. I understand that inventory issues can happen, but this has become a recurring problem. Consistency and customer service are very important, especially for returning customers. I hope management can address this issue so future customers have a better experience.

  Worker served smoothies to someone who ordered after me first and offered to give them the extra smoothie that was left over but when I got my drink I noticed left over smoothie but was not offered the same courtesy. If it’s a store policy to not give the extra smoothie then it would be fine and there should be no exceptions. Worker was white, I am not, other customers were white. #interesting #noticing

  Iv never had this happen at a Jamba . Was at a tournament down the road, we stop by at 2:00 pm in the afternoon and all 3 employees decided to take lunch for 30 minutes. Got to love the changes….
