  Food was great, however the energy from the gentleman taking the orders felt uncomfortable. As if we annoyed him just by our presence. We frequent restaurants all the time and this was my first experience feeling this way.

  This place is extremely popular in San Jose. I mean people from south San Jose travel to this burger spot. Taste is good. Usually somewhat busy. Feels nice and personal within the building. There's a touchscreen ordering system. Very little interaction between customer and the chefs. Definitely recommend and especially during the evening time. Great Job team and keep up the amazing work 👏🏿💰👍🏿

  Great experience, man at the front desk is the nicest ever and the food was good, although I would recommend getting some kind of sauce to go with the burger. However I think the place was really nice as was the food!

  I recently stopped by Wayback Burgers and tried the Chicken BLT and the Steakhouse Burger—both were really good. The Chicken BLT was crispy, fresh, and well-balanced with the bacon and toppings. Everything tasted clean and not overly greasy. The Steakhouse Burger was the highlight—juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right with a nice combination of toppings that gave it a rich, satisfying taste. Fries were crispy, and the overall quality of the food stood out. Service was friendly and quick, and the place was clean with a relaxed vibe. Definitely a solid spot if you want a quality burger and sandwich. I’ll be coming back to try more items.
