  There is a seven-day promotion offer of eight ears of corn for one dollar. I've been trying to buy it for many days but couldn't. Today, I was afraid I wouldn't be able to get it. I arrived at the store around 6:30 and was still told that it wasn't available yet! Still no luck! I'm so angry. I won't come to this Safeway store anymore. If you're going to have a promotion, you should have prepared it at least before the store opens. They open at 5 a.m., but I arrived at 6:30 a.m. and still had no corn! This is so frustrating!

  If I'm getting 3 boxes of sushi, can I please get at least 3 sets of chopsticks and 3 packs of soy sauce? Not one! For 3 boxes! Every time I feel like I need to beg for more. Can someone let those people know there's no shortage of soy sauce here in California???

  I never thought I would give a review like this because I never have encountered with such an impolite person before I was at skincare section I pressed the button for help and I was waiting there for someone and I heard a lady she came in the next aisle to help I just peaked through the aisle where I was standing she started kind of yelling at me “ I was on other side there are more people I had to help not only you” these exact were her words even though I was totally quiet I didn’t even called her that time I said it’s okay mam you can be polite I never said anything to you about you are late or where were you I was just standing and waiting for my turn and she spoke again that “no you were staring at me that’s why I was saying that I had other works to do “ I said okay be cool and polite that’s when he said I can refuse to give you service I told her you can if you want. Honestly this was my worst experience here the manager needs to look up on this

  I would like to recognize Paulina at Safeway for her outstanding customer service. She has been helping my parents with their grocery shopping for a long time, and her kindness and dedication never go unnoticed. My mother has difficulty walking, and Paulina always goes above and beyond by bringing an electric cart out to her and making sure she is comfortable while shopping. She is always willing to help find items throughout the store, answer questions, and assist with coupons to help us save money. What stands out most is that she always has a smile on her face and treats every customer with patience, kindness, and respect. Every time we shop, we see her helping customers and making their experience better. Employees like Paulina are the reason our family continues to shop at Safeway. She truly cares about her customers and consistently goes above and beyond. Thank you, Paulina, for all that you do! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ You are an incredible asset to Safeway! ❤️

  I normally go here at night . Needless to say, the night crew workers are better than the workers in the morning. I had a weird encounter with a worker who aggressively took 2 items I took after requesting to get them off the locked shelves. He didn’t say anything at all and just speedily walked off to a cash register with people in line that have 5+ items. I only wanted to buy 2 items that were small and cost less than $10. I was not gonna wait in line with many people in line and for some 2 items so I just walked out.
