Extremely rude service. All auto check outs are broken and employee refuses to take order. Not even a word was given, just use her finger to ask me shut up. Looked super annoyed when customer coming.

I placed a drive-thru order at this location and ended up wasting an hour because they said they couldn’t find my order and were unable to issue a refund. On top of that, the staff couldn’t communicate in English, which made the situation even more frustrating. This was honestly unacceptable.

I had an extremely frustrating experience at this McDonald’s late at night (around 2:45–3:00 AM), and I won’t be coming back.
I placed a mobile order ahead of time for three items, including a milkshake. When I arrived, I was told the shake machine was “off for cleaning.” That’s already questionable given I placed the order about 8 minutes prior—there was more than enough time to prepare it before shutting anything down.
I calmly asked if they could substitute it for something simple like an iced tea instead. Instead of trying to help, the employee immediately shut it down and told me I would just be refunded. No flexibility, no effort to fix the situation, and honestly a pretty dismissive attitude.
At that point, I was standing there at 3 AM, being talked down to, with no food and no attempt from staff to make things right. I ended up leaving with nothing after already placing and paying for an order.
This isn’t about the milkshake—it’s about the lack of basic customer service and problem-solving. Late-night customers are already limited on options, and this location made the experience worse instead of easier.
I’ve never had this kind of experience at other McDonald’s locations. Very disappointing. I’ll be avoiding this location going forward and recommending others do the same.
