- AJAngel Josh2 days ago5.0I don’t usually leave reviews, but I wanted to take a minute to recognize Sumaya because she made my visit to Dunkin such a pleasant experience. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a smile and was so friendly and welcoming. She had such a positive attitude that it made the whole visit feel more personal instead of just another stop for coffee. She was patient, polite, and made sure my order was exactly right. Even though the store wasn’t busy, she never looked bored or uninterested. She stayed professional, attentive, and treated me with the same kindness and respect you’d hope for as a customer. It’s refreshing to see someone who genuinely seems to care about giving good service. I also have to mention that she looked so cute! Her hair was done beautifully, and she looked very put together and professional. She had such a bright, approachable smile that made the atmosphere feel welcoming. It’s employees like Sumaya who make people want to come back. She was respectful, hardworking, and genuinely kind throughout my visit. Great customer service can make a regular coffee run so much better, and she definitely deserves recognition for the effort she puts into her job. Dunkin is lucky to have her!
