  Came in for a Saturday dinner and was looking forward to it. As I was looking for a table, I saw there was one with dirty plates on it but wasn’t sure if there was still someone that would come back to it. I asked a server (Vas) that had horrible attitude after asking a simple question. He answered with a Demeaning tone after I asked if he knew if someone was still sitting at the table. He even said “well if there’s plates there than that means there is someone sitting there” and even after I said it seemed like they were dirty he came closer to me and said “than just wait for someone to come clean and then it will be ready” with super awful hand gestures. He was super rude and terrible service. I would not want a person like Vas to be our server. On the other hand JP our server was great. Super attentive and got our order quickly. Food was good.

  I took my daughters here for lunch and play time. We had a wonderful server Nico. He was so nice and funny. It was the best experience. The manager Mildred also came to check in on us. She was also a pleasure. The service was fast and the food was great. Hopefully we get Nico again next time we come.

  I love love love Dave and busters it’s always a family friendly event coming out here the service is always lovely . The staff is always so cool with you and patient always loved it here since I was a kid . Favorite staff members I would recommend Nico 🫶🏽🫶🏽 and Mildred awesome vibes , makes me wanna come every other day , food is always so good and hopefully we get NICO again next time we come 🥰

Service was prompt and attentive, ensuring our drinks were topped off and our food arrived hot despite a busy crowd. Navigating the venue was effortless, and every staff member we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The menu offered a surprisingly solid variety of options, catering well to plant-based diners alongside standard arcade fare. We tried the vegetarian flatbreads and loaded nachos, both of which were flavorful, fresh, and served in generous portions. Dietary restrictions were clearly handled with care, as staff willingly answered questions regarding ingredients and preparation. Parking at the Great Mall location was remarkably hassle-free, with plenty of spacious, well-lit spots available right near the main entrance. Families will find this location exceptionally kid-friendly, offering endless arcade games, clear safety measures, and prize redemption areas tailored for all ages. Accessibility across the entire facility was outstanding, making it easy to move around comfortably without encountering narrow bottlenecks or hidden steps. Broad ground-floor entryways, wide aisles between game cabinets, and accessible seating ensured everyone in our group felt completely included. Overall, it stands out as a reliable, fun-filled destination that balances great entertainment, good food, and complete accessibility for every visitor.

  Lila is the best server! I wish there were more like her, she made sure my order was accurate and handled my dining with care. Came down to visit her in California and she always is so welcoming whenever I come to Dave and Busters. I only come because of her. Thank you Lila!
