- PCPaige Christine5 days ago4.0Lots of games were broken or had flaws. I mentioned it to a staff member once and they gave me some free play on a game, which was nice. Bartenders are not good, very slow and kinda rude. Food is that Sysco special, which was expected. However .59 cents for each extra ranch for wings and fries...I ordered them of course, but laughed when the server told me. I will say the game play with food was a great deal. Did the $75 play card which had 500 tokens. It took us 3 hours with 3 people to go through them. That was a good value, if you don't have thay much time, get the $35 play card with 200 tokens.

- VDVinh DangJun 6, 20261.0This 1 star is for the front desk employees who forced me to install their mobile app on my phone to activate the unlimited arcade pass that I just purchased with them. I told them I am carrying a company provided phone and having an unauthorized app on my phone will cause some privacy issue with my company. I requested that they send me an activation code to my email or my phone number just like last time. However they said they cannot do that because they don’t know how to do that. I then asked for my refund because I literally just purchased the pass with them with the receipt and have not been able to play at all. They also refuse to refund because it is not their fault that I cannot activate my pass. What a ridiculous front desk service!
